Two Component Solvent-Free Adhesives
They are general-purpose, high-performance product groups with various curing times, chemical and heat resistance and designed according to customer needs. Acrylic, polyester and polyether types are available in the product portfolio.
Two-component adhesive suitable for laminating film/film or film/ALU structures. Structures produced with transparent and metallised films can be sterilized. Aluminum-containing laminates achieve a higher resistance to aggressive fillings and a high thermal and mechanical resistance. Decay speed of PAA standards.

Two Component Solvent Based Adhesives
Solvent-based adhesives are used for high elasticity, high chemical and high heat resistance. All possible demands from medium to high performance can be met by Albatros India.
Two-component solvent-based adhesive,with good wettability and easy drying of the solvent. Compatible with large quantities of slips.
Suitable for the lamination of PET/ALU/ BOPP/PET/PVC/ other films etc.
The high content of non-volatile part allows the coating at high concentrations and applications containing paper.
Some Grades can be used on all lamination film/film, film/ALU, film/metfilm substrates. The laminates produced resist boiling and pasteurization. We recommend industrial tests if you want to use it for sterilization applications. Suitable for structures that require hot filling.
Single Component Solvent-Free Adhesives
These are high quality reactive PU adhesives with an application temperature between 70 - 80 degrees Celsius have been developed for film to film applications.
The different viscosity ranges allow the lamination of substrates with any degree of porosity
